We’re so thrilled to welcome Thanksgiving into our year – The food, the family, the friend, and the fun! Are you ready for some turkey!? I know we are!

To celebrate Thanksgiving, Cibaria Fine Oils and Vinegars will be closed on the following days:
Thursday November 25th
Friday, November 26th

We will resume business as usual (opening at 7:30AM) on Monday, November 29th and will be closed at NOON on November 30th for our Annual Luncheon. The rest of the week will be regular business hours at Cibaria.

Food / Culinary Writer Internship
Are you an avid Food Lover with vast amounts of experience with food, cooking, and the culinary world? Do you often find yourself staring longingly at the Williams Sonoma Catalog?
Do you LOVE Olive Oil, Specialty Oils, and Balsamic Vinegar? Even Better!
Cibaria is currently choosing candidates for our 2010 Winter Internship program, and we’re looking for those who have a desire to write within the food industry. If your desire is to become an authority in the food industry and/or a well-known writer within the food industry, then we’d love to have you on board! Offsite participation is acceptable.
We prefer those who are enrolled in current culinary or 4-year University – but understand that if you aren’t, you may still love to have the experience and opportunity that writing for Cibaria will provide. We have a few different divisions and enough content ideas for all!
This Internship Would Allow:
- -You to become a recognized name within the Food Industry.
- - You to be credited with your content’s creation, which includes a byline and a short bio on all of your content.
- - The opportunity to officially represent our company’s high-end line of products and become the “resident food authority” of sorts.
- - You to utilize our plentiful established social networks, blogs, and websites – which receive many hits each day.
- - The chance to learn more about internet media, content creation, and informational media within the food industry.
